With the latest issue of January-March 2022, we have brought out five newsletter issues so far. Our next issue is for April-June 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">To continue serving our members with quality inputs on the recent developments in technologies and sharing best practices in industry, we seek articles from professionals, academic faculty, and students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">The following are our expectations of articles published in the IEEE CS Region 10 Newsletter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">We seek and encourage articles of general interest and application-oriented that explain new technologies and their adoption to provide solutions to real-world problems and achieve sustainability goals. While we are not keen on articles related to specific products, reviews\/comparisons of products are fine when particular technologies are featured.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">Policy, Guidelines, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Change Management, Technology Leadership oriented articles are also welcome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">As the newsletter gets circulated among IEEE Computer Society members (CSE\/IT\/ECE students, faculty &amp; professionals) in the Asia Pacific Region and select leadership of IEEE CS across the globe, we desire the focus of the articles to be broad-based and not confined to any specific geography, unless very essential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">Please note that the newsletter is not a research publication and is not indexed anywhere except it gets archived on the Society\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">Furthermore, the submissions are not peer-reviewed and are also not subject to plagiarism checks. The authors are expected to make sure that their contributions are original and meet the copyright obligations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">We wish to receive the title, outline, and abstract of the proposed article in advance to avoid duplication of the technology\/application focus and get confirmation from us to plan to write it. Therefore, please send articles to ieeecs.r10nl@gmail.com.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">The articles can be four to five pages in about 2,500 words and meet some standard publishing guidelines at https:\/\/bit.ly\/3oX1oX1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #454545; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.7em;\">Our forthcoming issue is for the 2nd quarter, April-June 2022.
