While females make up a majority of the overall student population across American universities, only 22.5% of bachelor\u2019s degrees are awarded to them. What\u2019s even more stunning is that this number decreases dramatically at STEM-focused universities like New Mexico Tech where the female representation is less than 15%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Want More Tech News?
